OP - Screencap Redraw

Cruncyroll had a One Piece screencap redraw contest. I saw my chance to draw this and took it but then got more interested in the other screenshot I was working on. (The one with less background in it where even does that window go?)
But dang if that isn't the fluffiest pink towel I have ever drawn.
